We may think there is no difference between human resources and human beings.But it is not so there is great different between it.It said that every human resources is a part of human beings but every humans being can not be a part of the human resources.The total population of the country which are above 14 and below64 years of the age in a particular unit for time.Human resources are known as active man power or labour force of the age above 14 years and below 64 years having high level of education,skill,knowledge,long experience,healthy physical condition.It is one of the active factor production.It helps in development of the country.Human resources plays an very important role in the development of the country.All the humans resources are the gift of the nature or the found in the field of the environment.So all these are gift of the environment and utilize inside the environment.human resources are play very important role to save the environment.Human are making different kind of technical things due to which we are not using the available resources.

Environment

Environment is getting day by day destroyed.It has been affected due to the activities of the human beings.Environment is a part of our life .It plays an important role in living beings.Environment means the place where we live and do the extra activities in our daily life.There are mainly two type of the environment they are natural and artificial.The importance of the environment are as follow.

• Source of the national income

Environment is known as source of national income.Every kind of resources are available here.As like forest,minerals ,minerals as like fuel etc.It helps in our day to day life.it helps to increase the income of the country.Due to this many country are being rich .Due to this economic growth can be high as the situation country can do progress in development.Environment should be saved .Government should help to protect the environment.Government should plays an important role to protect the environment from destruction.Then only a nation can develop other wise a nation can not develop.All the things which we need in our daily life are gift of nature or found in environment .

The Problem Of Environment management.

The main cause of the environment degradation are as follows.

• Deforestation

Environment is one of the main cause of environment miss management be cause of high population growth rate migration maximum use of fire wood as fuel for cooking.Forest resources is destroyed.

• Unscientific Urbanization

Because of unscientific urbanization lack of disposal facilities pollution in urban area is increasing. Drainage links with rivers which polluted water resources or rivers.Mass population in urban area creates air pollution and sun pollution which effect on the environment management.

• Establishment of industries

It is also responsible in polluting environment there is no any provision for the control the air pollution by the industries. Due to this air pollution is increasing day by day.

• Number of vehicles

The number of vehicles is increasing day by day in urban areas .As a result air pollution and sound pollution is increasing in urban areas which is the cause of environment pollution.

• High population growth rate

Due to high growth of population the dependency on natural resources is rising for every sector like new and additional settlement etc.There is also problem of internal and external migration.Due to this people destroy the natural resources for the purpose of fulfillment their basic needs.

• Lack of public awareness

Most of the people are uneducated they are not aware of the future problems of land slide ,soil erosion,lack of rain fall, fodder,fuel wood, source of water which depends on rich and dense forest.They destroy natural resources for fulfilling the present needs with out any wrong in future.

Environmental health is related aspect with humans life.All the activities of the environment affects the environmental health.Environmental health depends up on physical,biological,social, and cultural, aspects and different activities of human beings.If the quality level of these aspects degreds, the status of the environmental health also changes.Such changes may be from simple to complex.If the surrounding environment is healthy then it helps to prevent living things from diseases. If the environment is healthy then only development work can be carried out.
Smoke,dirty water,and poisonous wastes are thrown by industries.Chemical fertilizers and insecticide are used in agriculture which pollutes the land,air and water.Healthy environment helps to make the healthy life of living beings.Environmental health is proper if the quality status of environmental aspects is maintained.

• Environmental Cleanliness and Health

We should keep our surrounding clean if we want to pass the healthy life.At first we must clean our homes, public place, and communities.Solid wastes , dirty water, rotten things etc do not throw in this place.This place must keep clean adopting proper management system.Healthy environment helps to keep disease less to human health.Healthy life can not pass with out healthy environment.

Deforesation

Deforestation means destruction of the forest .De-destroy and forestation.It means that cutting down the all the trees.It is the main problem of the world.Due to polluted air we are suffering from the different problem or we are not getting the fresh air.If deforestation take place then we may have to face this problem.in the world all the people are not rich so to fulfill their basic needs they destroy the forest.Humans wants are unlimited as like to be a pilot, doctor etc so fulfill the wants they cut the trees and they sell in the market and they get money to fulfill the wants.Another reasons is due to uneducated.All the people in the world are not educated so the don't know the importance about the forest so they destroyed it.

• Man-mane Environment

The environment which is made by man is known as man made environment.This has been made by man to make their life easy as like house, clothes.Religious things as like Temple,Gumba,etc.This environment is essential in the life of the human beings.

• Air

• Minerals

All this things are available in the life of the human.Human can not survive without water.More than 50% of our body is covered by water.Not only human beings but also the animals or plant can not survive .In the world Brasil is richest country in the world .After the Brasil ,nepal is the second richest countryin the world.

• AIR

Air is also the essential needs of the human being .All the human beings and the animals or the plants needs the air to sustain the life.Even a minute with out air all the human beings can not survive.Air plays an important role in the life of living beings.So we should protect it from polluted.If we did not protect it then we may suffer from different problem as like T.B etc.So if we save the air from polluted then indirectly environment will be save

• Minerals

Minerals are found in environment .Which is essential in our daily life as like coal,silver,copper, gold etc.We should protect it from destroy or we should save it for our future generation.Nor then their will be crisis of minerals.So it is essential to save from destroy .If it is saved then environment will directly saved.

• Others

There are many others resources found in environment as like land, forest, temples. We should protect the land from polluted.We should not use the chemical things in land .Forest is source of energy.Forest provide us wood ,fodder,fuel,and raw materials which are needed to industries.
